Al pastor tacos are another popular taco choice in Mexico. Al pastor tacos are made with pork that has been marinated and seasoned, then put into a corn tortilla. The toppings for this taco are usually onions, cilantro, and slices of sweet and juicy pineapple. It may sound like a weird blend, but it is absolutely delicious. Some people also add fresh avocado salsa on their taco for a splash of refreshing flavor.
